Business Challenge

Brand Share: Pierce Properties is only known by the people on campus, but most students don’t think of them first over their newer competitors. We need to remind these students that the Chandler Properties are the place to be.

Objective

Inspire prospective resident tours by notifying prospective new residents of different leasing promotions and showing them around the amenities in a more natural way.

Managed 20 influencers during their 4-month campaigns on Instagram.

Copywriting & Graphic Design - Creative

Designed IG Stories for campaign influencers to post on their accounts throughout the campaign. Edited photos from influencer creators to be posted to their feeds.

Wrote the captions for every post across each influencer’s accounts, ensuring the tone sounded natural on each page and that the captions included information that the client wanted us to promote.
